This was probably the most requested gift guide from you guys so I wanted to share it first! With lots of small businesses taking a hit this year from COVID, it’s important to support them as much as we can this holiday season.

SHOP SMALL GIFT GUIDE

2020 Shop Small Gift Guide

1. Happy Spritz

This company not only creates beautifully bottled essential oil sprays, but gives back to animal rescue organizations too. They have a variety of scents for men and women to help you through your day.

2. Kristin Dion Pillows

Kristin designs and makes beautiful pillows that would look good in anyone’s home. Use code bre20off for 20% off your order!

3. SAMLEEHELLO Ceramics

I’ve always been a sucker for handmade ceramics and I fell in love with Sam’s creations after purchasing a vase for the kid’s bathroom. Anything from her shop would make the perfect gift.

4. Handwriting Wood Sign

This gift idea is perfect for any adult who has kids in their life. They create a wooden sign from your child’s handwriting – how cool is that? We have one of Eloise’s handwriting that says “I love you” from a local shop who is unfortunately taking a break. But I found this shop on Etsy who does similar work.

5. Ani and Co. Candles

A handmade candle company based out of Brooklyn, New York. Their candles are made from coconut wax and are vegan/ eco friendly, cruelty-free, and phthalate-free.

6. BNB Creative Banner

This laser cut hanging banner is the perfect gift this year as we’ve all become homebodies.

7. Sweet Jane Elderberry

I recently came across this local small shop when I was putting together this gift guide and I’m so excited to share them with you! They make small batch, all natural and organic elderberry syrup. Which if you don’t know is great for your immune system – and we could all use a little immunity boost right now! They distribute it the same week they make it for optimal freshness. If you’re local they offer pickup or delivery and for everyone else they offer shipping through their website!

8. Harper & June

My friend Cynthia recently opened an online vintage home goods shop. She has curated some beautiful pieces that any vintage lover would adore!

9. Made by Mary Jewelry

I have a few pieces of jewelry from here and adore every one. They have customization options and the prices are very affordable. Handmade in Utah and founded by a mama who wanted to help others tell their stories.

10. 1820 House

Another local company – 1820 house sells artisan candles inspired by their love of music, design and nature. Made from pure plant and soy wax. They also donate a portion of sales to various charitable organizations.

11. Vintage Supply Artwork

Vintage artwork is super popular right now, but original pieces can cost quite a bit. This shop has selected a handful of vintage art that you can purchase as a print on fine art paper or as a digital download. Frame and matte options are also available.

12. House Seven

Another home goods shop! Started by the talented designer Anissa from House Seven, it’s filled with beautiful pieces for any home lover.

13. Third Piece Knit Kit

A women owned knitwear company – you can purchase items they’ve created or you can purchase a knit kit to create your own.

14. Vintage Rug Shop

A shop full of vintage textiles and home goods, Brittany’s taste is unmatched and I could fill my whole house with everything she sells. How cute is this berry bowl?!

15. Golden Coil Planner

This is my go-to planner every year. They’re not only beautiful but their are SO many customization options to make it perfect for you.

16. Scratch Pasta

I don’t know about you, but pasta is my go-to meal when I don’t have dinner planned or we’re low on groceries. Started by a chef in Lynchburg, Virginia she brings the tastes of Italy to her creations.

17. Wooden Letter Board

I love these beautiful wooden letter boards from Madera Modern. We have one in our kitchen and they’re a fun twist on the felt ones that you see everywhere.

18. Sugarfoot Apparel

This company was started by a friend of mine who lives in my hometown. If you’re from Upstate NY and want to represent your area, she has the cutest stuff! But she also sells a bunch of other apparel too and her style is so rad! Use code BREPURPOSED15 for 15% off your order!

19. Folk Wood Company

Gorgeously hand crafted wood cutting boards and accessories. I love the organic look of them!

There are SO many small shops out there I wish I could share more, but hopefully these ideas get you started on some of your holiday shopping and I know each and every one of these businesses will appreciate your support!
